  Casino Employee Training System

Our WorkOur Work 

Under Title 31, all casinos are required to provide periodic training to any employee that handles certain sums of money. However, the 24/7/365 working environment of a casino had trainers working overtime to schedule classes that fit all employees' schedules.

Using our iGenius Online Training Tool, DMI created a system to allow employees to take courses on their schedule, without having a trainer present. Employees log into their account, review courses that include video, audio, and text and then take quizzes to demonstrate their knowledge.

While only employees on the casino floor were required to take courses, originally, many groups have expanded the system to include employees in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and other areas!
